Masterworks starts before that.
What is the actual work?
We care about commercial success. We will think rigorously about what people buy, what they want, what they understand, where the commercial heat is, how to validate it and how to position it.
But we are not starting with What can I sell? We are starting with What is the work I actually want to put into the world?
You do not need 63 more training videos sitting in a portal judging you.
DIG. BUILD. TOOL. LAB.
We teach enough to break the assumption. Then you work on the actual asset. Then you use the thinking tool for that stage. Then you bring the real work into the room.
Bring the map. The two competing throughlines. The doorway you are unsure about. The section that feels generic. The method with the missing move. The workshop slide that is not landing.
We are not studying Body of Work architecture. We are doing it.
You have built, taught, coached, created, led, written, solved problems, changed your mind, succeeded at some things and failed at others. There is material.
You do not need a huge audience, a final niche, organized intellectual property, a clean Google Drive or every part of the work fully developed.
Bring the mess.
